EVEREST SUMMIT LODGE - PANGBOCHE

“loved it!”

Stayed at Everest Summit Lodge in Pangboche for 2 nights on the way up, and 2 more nights on the way down. Service excellent, food terrific (way too much, but that's our fault for eating it all!) and location wonderful. Rooms are on the small side, but the hot water bags in the bed were very welcoming. There is a large balcony on the 1st floor of the accommodation block, and this was a great place to sit, catch up with the diary, drink tea/coffee (which they brought for us without asking) or just take in the views down the valley.
